We produce detailed and accurate shop drawings for the placement of reinforcing steel, with all the information necessary to complete any reinforced concrete structure.

Drawings are produced with industry standard CAD software for 2D drawings, or 3D modeling with collaborative BIM projects.

Estimating
We gather and compile the information neccesary for pricing and bidding purposes. Quantity take-off and summaries that provide:
- Weight of bars – totals and per category
- Grade types
- Bend types – Light, heavy and special.
- Special services – Coatings, specs, and testing.
- Special Items – Mesh, Bar supports, mechanical splices
- Excluded items – Anchors, sleeves, plain dowels
With the objective to represent as accurately as possible an appraisal of the weights of material and specifics that the project will require.
Accessories
Bar supports and accessories can be incorporated into the placing drawings at the customers option, including:
- Welded wire mesh
- Bar supports
- Mechanical splices and couplers
- Threaded bars and form savers
- Smooth dowels
Additionally, we can figure the quantities and create take-offs for these add-ons, and have them custom made to fit.
Fabrication
We can provide material lists and files needed for the fabrication of your material, as well as secure fabrication through our affiliate shops. Rebar can be provided in stock lengths or cut to fit, and with bent bars.
